We had a fantastic stay at this place! The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with reliable appliances that made our stay comfortable. The location in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood was a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city center. We loved having the DART and bus within close proximity, making it easy to explore the area. The staff, including Eoin, Carmen, and Rebekah, were incredibly helpful and friendly, promptly assisting us with any questions we had. Plus, the presence of a big Tesco nearby was very convenient. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Convenient location with easy access to the city center via bus. Spacious and well-equipped apartment with helpful staff.
The bedroom was small and could benefit from removing some doors to create more space. Lack of curtains on ground floor windows was distracting.

We had a comfortable stay at Broc House Suites. The apartment was modern and spacious, with excellent kitchen facilities. The location was convenient, with a Tesco nearby and easy access to transportation.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is right in the city centre and within walking distance to the bus stop. The area feels very safe and is surrounded by amenities like supermarkets and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and well-presented, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The staff is friendly and helpful, allowing guests to deposit their luggage before or after check-out.
The shower could use some improvement, as the water flow rate is slow and the temperature is not very warm.

The cleanliness was great, with super clean rooms and all necessary toiletries provided. The hotel facilities were great, with a comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and even allocated parking spaces. The location was perfect, situated in a wonderful quiet area where I could easily walk to the shopping center for groceries or take public transportation to get to the center of the city. It was so convenient to have excellent transportation options nearby, allowing me to explore the city easily.
Not obvious to find, but once I found it, I had a wonderful stay.

Convenient location with many bus routes and Dart nearby. Surprisingly quiet at night despite being close to the city. Safe and ample parking available. Suitable for short stays, with thoughtful extras like washing powder. Friendly and helpful staff.
